FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

Common roofing questions from Colorado homeowners. If you don't see your question here, call us — we're happy to talk.

Do you offer free inspections?

Yes. Every inspection is free with no obligation. We'll assess your roof, explain what we found, and answer your questions. No pressure.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential replacements take 1–3 days depending on size, pitch, and weather. We'll give you a specific timeline before we start.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We document hail and wind damage, meet your adjuster on-site, and help ensure nothing gets missed in the claim.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Douglas County and surrounding Colorado communities including Sedalia, Castle Rock, Larkspur, and Parker.

What roofing materials do you work with?

Asphalt shingles, metal roofing, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, tile, and slate. We'll recommend the right material for your roof and budget.

Do you offer emergency repairs?

Yes. If you have an active leak or exposed decking from storm damage, call us for emergency tarp service and temporary protection.

What warranties do you offer?

We provide a workmanship warranty on every installation. Manufacturer warranties vary by product — we'll explain your coverage before we start.

How do I know if my roof has hail damage?

Look for dented shingles, missing granules, or damaged gutters. But some damage isn't visible from the ground. If a storm hit your area, get a free inspection.
